#8 My holy grails for fighting acne

Hello friends,
Todays topic is about  pimples and my acne prone skin. So I've always thought I have oily combination skin so each time  I buy a new product  I always buy one that is suited for myoily/combination skin. But,when I moved in with my sister she commented on me how I should use products for sesitive skin because I have so many red marks on my skin after a pimple. Ofcourse I just ignored her because I know my skin more than anyone.

That same day we went to walmart to pick up some hair dye. I also picked up a new moisturizer from olay since I ran out. For the past 3 years I have been using Olay moisturizer for oily/combination skin . But, once I got home, I realized that I purchased the wrong one . I accidentally picked one for sensitive skin. I was like OMG , now Im gonna get more pimples but, it has been a God send. Turns out I have sensitive/acne prone skin because the next morning my face wasn't flooded with oil.

The next product I have been using to get rid of my acne is Zapzyt benzoyl Peroxide in 10% strength formula. I use it during night time once a day for the past year and so far it has worked wonders for my skin. Yes, I occasionally get pimples but, not as much as before prior to using Zapzyt . Believe this is better than Proactiv ,cheaper than acne.org ( but ofcourse acne.org products are amazing )  and easily accessible.

Lastly, my favorite is this oil free acne wash in pink grapefruit from Neutrogena. This is the first product I tried from Neutrogena and I m AMAZED. I love this face wash, its perfect for my skin . It removes my foundation and dirt without drying my face too much . I love love this product, I highly recommend this  for people who have oily/sensitive/acne prone skin like myself. No wonder this product got so many awards.

So far I am loving my face. My acne scars are not so dark and I havent been getting pimples as much. Anyways goodnight guys, I hope this post have been helpful to us girls who have acne prone/sensitive /oily skin.
