#7 The start of a healthier lifestyle

Hello my camouflage friends ,

So today I am starting my diet and exercise .I can't believe I got so big. People don't usually comment on my weight ,in fact a lot of my friends think I'm skinny . But, being of Asian descent ,135 lbs is obese . Plus I'm really short so I am overweight . Also, high blood pressure,heart attacks , strokes and diabetes run in my family . So maybe I should start becoming healthier . I'm still a buy in denial that I am fat because I'm always the smallest one in.my circle of friends but ,enough is enough Rea . I need to commit to something SERIOUSLY REA,YOU'RE GETTING OLDER AND HAVEN'T REALLY EXPERIENCE MUCH ANYTHING . SO  MY FIRST STEP IS TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET MY SEXY ON . Plus I need to have a Sexy body so I can splurge on skimpy clothes ,jk but I really would like to fit in my size 3 jeans again . I mean who doesn't want to lose weight ? Anyways  My goal is to exercise using a bicycle for an hour each day , walk in the treadmill for 20 minutes and use the elliptical  for 15 minutes . Aside from that I will be counting calories . My Target calorie intake is 1500 everyday then ill increase my calorie intake  if I   exercise more  . I will  be using my fitness pal which is similar to weight watchers but,its  free.  Add me my username is Rhealyn21 and take this journey with me . See you there . This is going to be hard . But,I need to change my body so I can be more confident and eventually go clubhing one day and maybe find a prince charming lol . Wishful thinking I know .
